Data Networking & Telephony Networking-
Teaches the fundamentals of networking. Through hands-on training for entry-level professionals seeking employment in the information technology or telecommunications industry. The course prepares you for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Convergence Technologies Professional exam; with training on Data networking, Telephony Networking, and Convergence Technologies.
VoIP Convergence Technologies-
Teaches the fundamental concepts, standards, and practices that combine telephony and data networks into a convergence network(s). Topics include industry standards and protocols, voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and network convergence. This course teaches vendor independent networking skills and concepts required for entry-level professionals seeking employment in the information or telecommunications industry. The course prepares you for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Convergence Technologies Professional exam. (Prerequisite requires students to have completed the Data Networking and Telephony Networking courses.)
Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Trilogy-
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook training from beginning, intermediate, to advanced use of these applications

Duluth Business University - Provided training for students on the following accredited courses.

Introduction to computers-
Teaches via hands-on training the fundamentals of networking along with the basics of a computer system; including how to operate a pc, the hardware components of a pc, and how they interoperate together to process data.
Windows 95 OS training-
Introduction to Intermediate training on the use and operation of the Windows 96 operating system.
Accounting level I-
Basic Accounting and understanding debits & credits including the Assets, Liabilities, and Capital of a Balance Sheet including Income Statement design.

Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College - Provided training for students on the following accredited courses.
