This can prevent the harassing creditor phone calls requiring all calls to be made by the creditors to our office staff. If we are successful in negotiating reduced settlements and acquiring a lender willing to consolidate your reduced debt at rates that allow you to achieve financial solvency, you ultimately will have a better debt-to-equity ratio and lower monthly payments. This, in turn, will—over time—allow your credit rating to be restored.
