Ballavance Consulting recognizes the importance of our customers’ security and privacy.  We respect our customers’ right to keep their personal information private.

 

Ballavance Consulting has, and maintains, appropriate security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information.

 

Ballavance Consulting collects, retains, and uses information about individual customers only when we believe it would be useful (and allowed by law) in administering our business and to provide products, services, and other opportunities to customers.  This information is obtained from application information, transaction information, and consumer information.

 

Ballavance Consulting is committed to the security of your financial and personal information.  All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your information from being accessed by third parties.  We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with our internal security standards.  Additionally, each employee is required to follow our business code of conduct, which states that all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used by them solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.

 

Ballavance Consulting must disclose certain nonpublic personal information about our customers to nonaffiliated third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as the company that performs the data servicing for our customers.  Although this disclosure is not subject to the opt out option, we do require that the servicer maintains and will not use or further disclose the information for any other purpose.

 

At this time, Ballavance Consulting does not maintain any other web sites linked to our web site.  Consequently, we do not guarantee that it will follow the same privacy and security rules that we follow.
